General

If you believe you have found a bug, you can report it directly to info@edufinder.com. Please provide as many details as possible so we can get back to you faster. We take bug reports very seriously and appreciate your help in creating an even better experience.

Account

Before logging in the first time, you will need to confirm your account via the confirmation email we sent you. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it here.
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. Sometimes legitimate emails get mistakenly filtered by email providers, so make sure to check your Spam/Junk folders. You can also try to resend it here.

Students

Due to organisational reasons you may not manually change your country after signing up. If you need to change it for any reason, please get in touch with us via our contact form or directly per email at info@edufinder.com.
We want to make sure your parents are informed about your signup on Edufinder. Schools may also need this information in case you are underage.
The first impression is important, so you will need a complete profile before being able to contact or being found by schools all over the world.

We limited the number of times you are able to change your profile URL to prevent abuse. If you reach this limit but want to change your profile URL again, please get in touch with us via our contact form or directly per email at info@edufinder.com.
